Let's start with the squat-a very basic move. Let's do 75times. Keep smiling. I'd recommend exercising every other day. Muscle need time to recover. They break down if you exercise every day. Don't put it off until tomorrow. What's good about these workouts is they don't take much time. It takes only 10 minutes to do these exercises. That's why it's important to do this exercise.
